If there\u2019s not plan data available, manual drawings can be done or map sections can be downloaded from OpenStreetMap.org.<\/p><p>Manholes and drainage objects mark the beginning and end of pipes and sewer sections. Their position on the map can either be determined manually or measured. The entered designations will later be used for a correct naming of pipes and sewer sections.<\/p><p>Inspection and mapping<\/p><p>Of course the survey of pipes and sewer sections is done in accordance with the selected inspection standard. The software requests all needed information and offers a list of feasible findings. Along with its condition, the pipe run is detected and immediately displayed as a three-dimensional model.<\/p><p>Editing and post processing<\/p><p>Basic information and findings can be edited, deleted or completed. If subsequent text overlay was selected, changes will not only be implemented in the reports but also on the video image. Only during the final export texts are firmly inscribed in the video.<\/p><p>The 3D model of the drainage systems can also be revised. Thus errors made during the inspection like a wrong angle or position of a bend or branch can be corrected without much effort.
